Your contributions

As a Commercial Assistant, you will work in a challenging all-round position. You will be involved from quotation request to after-sales. Further duties include:

• You are a point of contact for the customer;
• You offer support to sales colleagues in all commercial and administrative work;
• Preparing and processing quotations;
• Work on price calculation, work preparation and procurement;
• Accountable to the head of sales.

In this position, they work from 08:00 - 16:30 and have a half-hour break. It is possible to work full-time or part-time.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a real commercial jack-of-all-trades who is customer-oriented and communicatively strong. In addition, we ask:

• A minimum completed MBO-4 education;
• You have experience in reading technical drawings, this is a must;
• You have experience within a similar role and have commercial skills;
• You are not afraid to pick up the phone and approach customers with questions;
• You possess spatial insight, are problem-solving and proactive;
• You have experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems;
• Good command of the Dutch language in word and writing, German is an advantage;
• A good dose of humour and a healthy dose of self-confidence.
