Your contributions
As an Internal Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You process quotations and orders quickly and carefully, actively contribute to solutions and thus make an important contribution to an excellent customer experience. You work closely together with colleagues from sales, logistics and project management. Your duties also include the following tasks:
- Preparation of lighting plans and lighting calculations;
- Independently prepare and send quotations;
- Entering, following up and monitoring orders;
- Answer customers on the phone regarding queries, orders and service;
- Taking and handling complaints;
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as return processing and demo requests.
Your profile
You are someone who effortlessly combines technical knowledge and customer orientation and knows how to tackle challenges efficiently with your precise and structured way of working, thus contributing to the smooth running of the daily process. Furthermore, you bring the following with you:
- Technical understanding and affinity with lighting and electrical engineering;
- Customer and service-oriented attitude;
- Accurate and structured working method;
- Strong communication skills;
- Team player who also performs extremely well independently;
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Enthusiasm and motivation to always go the extra mile;
- Preferably available 40 hours a week, but fewer hours are negotiable.
