• A salary between €3000.00 and €4250.00 gross per month based on 38 hours, depending on knowledge and experience;

Your contributions

In this varied role as an HR adviser, you will move effortlessly between operational tasks and tactical thinking. Furthermore, you will work on the following tasks:

• From vacancy to onboarding, you make new colleagues feel immediately welcome;
• You oversee planning and accommodation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and employees feel at home;
• You will support HR administration and salary preparation where necessary;
• As a point of contact for employees and managers, you will answer questions, coach teams and advise on HR issues;
• You contribute ideas on process improvements, projects and organisational development;

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• You possess a completed HRM education at college level and/or relevant work experience in an HR function;
• You are available for 24 hours to 32 hours a week;
• You work in a structured, secure manner and have good prioritisation skills;
• You communicate easily and clearly at various levels, both in Dutch and in English;
• Experience working with a payroll and personnel administration system is a plus;
• You are eager to learn and keep abreast of current laws and regulations.

Our client is a family business specialising in growing and marketing soft fruit. This company has around 100 structural employees but during the season it rises to 350 colleagues.
