Your contributions

As HR Officer, you will be responsible for all operational HR tasks. Your main task is to represent the running business of the HR department. In addition, these are the duties and responsibilities:

• Writing job ads and posting vacancies;
• Point of contact for intermediary agencies;
• Initial screening of CVs and consultation with department manager;
• Scheduling and participating in job interviews;
• Provide on- and ofboarding for new and departing colleagues;
• Conduct evaluation interviews;
• Everything concerning employee training;
• Absenteeism guidance;
• Answering all common questions from employees and managers;
• Pick up other general operational HR tasks.

Your profile

In this position, it is important that you can act independently. In addition, your empathy towards situations people face. You should have:

• MBO+/HBO level of education or experience, combined with a relevant degree, for example in the field of People & Business Management, Personnel and Labour or similar;
• Work experience in a similar position;
• You are up to date with the latest laws and regulations;
• You have a command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing;
• You are assertive, see work ahead and stand firm;
• You love diversity. No day is the same and you know how to keep all the balls in the air;
• Affinity or experience working in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
