Your contributions

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Monitoring outstanding payments and monitoring credit limits;
• Maintain telephone and written contact with customers;
• Regular meetings with the sales department;
• If necessary, make payment arrangements and actively follow them up;
• Handle disputes professionally;
• Coordinate with collection agencies and insurers where necessary;
• Book incoming payments and provide financial reports;
• Spending part of your time on administrative tasks, such as booking incoming invoices.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• You have proven experience in receivables management;
• You work in a structured and precise manner;
• You can communicate well and remain calm, even when the going gets tough;
• You know when to follow through and when to be patient;
• It is a plus if you have experience with financial software, or you pick this up quickly;
• MBO(+) background in a finance or administrative course.
