Maintenance Specialist

This company in Weert is a leading global process and packaging technology provider. The company, headquartered in Waiblingen (Germany), has been offering complete solutions for the pharmaceutical and food industries for over 50 years.

Job Description Maintenance specialist: 

– Organize and execute the Failure Mode Effect & Criticality Analyses (FMECA’s) for RCM within te organization;
– Advising and providing expertise to the digital solutions team with possible business opportunities for our equipment (Condition monitoring/Predictive maintenance);
– Steering the mapping what kind of maintenance needs to be done for the equipment with a team of experts;
– Receive and process feedback from the field and passing on the expertise within the organization (design for service)
– Perform gap analysis for a Maintenance Profile to use as a base for the execution of the service agreement;
– Set-up, implement, optimize and maintaining processes;
– Set-up project planning of creating maintenance profiles.

Qualifications: 

– Bachelor work and knowledge level in Mechnical/Electrical Engineering;
– Extensive experience with Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM/FMECA);
– Experience in design for service (maintainability, reliability and supportability);
– Knowledge of project management & moderation skills;
– You are willing to travel up to 60% of your working time to other locations, mostly within Europe;
– Good communication skills at all levels within the organization;
– Fluency in both written and spoken Englisch, German language is preferred.
