Production Employee

For our client in Nederweert we are looking for Production Employee. The company is engaged in the recycling process. You will be working in a company that does business internationally and specializes the full recycling of tires. As a production employee you will also work on te forklift, so you are a forklift driver and production employee in 1! The work is in 3 shifts, morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00, afternoon shift from 14:00 – 22:00 and night shift from 22:00 – 06:00.

What are you going to do?

– Moving tires using the forklift;
– Monitoring and operating the production lines;
– Packaging and coding the end product;
– Converting installations;
– Keeping the workplae and environment clean.

What do we ask of you?

– Preferably a flexible setting;
– Experience on the forklift and preferably in possession of a forklift certificate;
– Preferably you have experience in production;
– You are a teamplayer;
– Willing to work in a 3-shift sytem;
– You understand and master the dutch language well.

What do we offer:

– A market-based salary of € 16,32 gross per hour (all-in) in accordance with the collective labor agreement;
– Work schedule in 3 shifts in a fixed cycle. Useful! You can count your schedule throughout the year;
– A working week of 37,5 hours per week;
– A long-term job with a view to permanent appointment;
