Your contributions

You start with an extensive induction programme to understand and comprehend the various logistical, but especially technical processes of the production departments. You will then actively contribute to various production-related improvement projects. In doing so, you work closely with the operations manager, production and team leaders of various departments. The following tasks will then fall within your remit:

• Optimising production processes;
• Optimise planning processes;
• Initiating and leading projects within production, logistics and where necessary other departments;
• Optimisation of daily efficiency and quality standards within production;
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems in production;
• From production, you will be responsible for introducing new products on the machines;
• Prepare curriculum and provide support for staff training.

Your profile

• A completed technical Bachelor's degree (e.g. Technical Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics);
• You enjoy playing a pivotal role at the interface between technology, organisation and communication;
• You are enterprising and have a command of both oral and written Dutch and English;
• You are decisive and can move quickly and know how to properly connect the parties involved;
• You are a true quality thinker: you continuously manage the improvement process to structurally improve the organisation's performance.
