Your contributions

As a work planner, you are in tight control, responsible for coordinating and directing the work of our fitters. In addition, these are your duties:

• You will organise and plan the complete maintenance, both corrective and preventive of production installations, machines, buildings and facilities to guarantee the continuity of the production process. For our production, you are the first point of contact;
• You are jointly responsible for drawing up and managing a preventive maintenance plan and the maintenance budget;
• You will coordinate the various activities within the technical department;
• You liaise with external suppliers and prepare maintenance contracts;
• You order and check the required parts;
• You will analyse maintenance and fault reports, and adjust the maintenance plan for fault sensitivity;
• You will be responsible for the safety of the machinery and associated installations, ensuring they meet all legal requirements;
• You elaborate RCA analysis(s).

Your profile

You set the right priorities and steer for quality and efficiency, and are able to assess calamities well. You work in a structured and planned manner, prepare the work well and take care of the necessary materials. Furthermore, you fit this profile:

• You have a completed technical education at college level and therefore have HBO working and thinking level;
• You have several years of demonstrable work experience in a similar position;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
• You have knowledge of continuous improvement processes (WCM, TPM or Lean Six Sigma);
• You have experience in project-based work;
• You are sociable, have good communication skills and are persuasive;
• You delegate easily, are goal-oriented, and enjoy walking into the factory to take stock and consult;
• You are stress-resistant and able to make well-considered decisions quickly;
• You are a team player and have a strong sense of responsibility.
