Your contributions
Are you the new enthusiastic organisational talent who unburdens the management team and likes to think ahead with them as well? Then we are looking for you. The following tasks will also fall within your remit:
- Planning and organising is one of the most important tasks in this position;
- You move smoothly through all layers of the organisation and are proactive;

You ensure optimal agenda management and draft correspondence;
- You will prepare meetings and gatherings and ensure their proper reporting and handling;
- You coordinate, identify and monitor ongoing issues and take action where necessary;
- You will provide secretarial support to four board members;
- As personal secretary to the CEO, you will be his right-hand man and arrange business trips and travel, for example;
- You take a proactive role and help think about improvements within the organisation. You are also involved in the implementation and roll-out of these improvements;
- You will work in an international environment;
- You monitor budgets and make clear agreements with suppliers;
- You regularly provide assistance to the HR and Finance departments.
Your profile
For this position, we are looking for the following profile:
- You have at least a completed college education and several years of experience in a similar position;
- You have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability and are stress-resistant;
- You enjoy managing both big and small issues: what is important today may be obsolete tomorrow;
- You have extensive experience in MS Office 365, Sharepoint and Teams;
- You are enthusiastic, hands-on, work independently and show guts to achieve your goals;
- You are available 40 hours a week (preferred!) and may work from home 1 working day a week, 32 hours a week is also negotiable, with Wednesday being a schedule-free day;
- You are flexible in working hours; occasionally they ask for deployment outside standard office hours;
- You are a team player, with an accurate, honourable, service-oriented and reliable attitude;
- You are in possession of a driving licence;
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English.
Your workplace
The client is located in Echt, right on the motorway, and is therefore easily accessible from Maastricht, Sittard, Weert, Roermond and Venlo.
