Your contributions

We can divide the work into 3 categories, counter duties, goods reception and support duties. Based on a weekly schedule, these duties rotate, making it varied and challenging.

Bar duties:

• Helping internal customers who report to the counter for materials;
• Write off the materials issued in the SAP system;
• Report stock discrepancies.

Goods receipt:

• Receiving all orders and processing them in SAP;
• Perform checks that the goods delivered match what was ordered;
• If you notice discrepancies or if a product is out of stock, you will come up with solutions or alternatives;
• Return of faulty goods.

Support work:

• Support group leader with control and counting activities;
• Review stock against administrative stock and assess current quality;
• Support at the counter during maintenance stops.

Your profile

You don't like working on autopilot. You want variety in work, and your flexibility and high sense of responsibility are a good fit for this position. In addition:

• Do you have an MBO 3-4 education, in logistics or engineering;
• Are you preferably in possession of certificates such as VCA, forklift and four-way truck or are willing to obtain them;
• Are you available full-time on day shift;
• Do you have knowledge of SAP and common office programmes;
• Have relevant work experience as a warehouse assistant, preferably in a technical warehouse;
• You must be fluent in the Dutch language;
• Are you sociable, service-oriented, collegial and take initiative.
