Your contributions

As group leader M, you play an important role in the day-to-day running of the mechanical maintenance of the machines and installations. Based on the overview of reports and work orders, you determine the day's priorities. You ensure that the 1^e mechanic M, mechanic M and contractors know what they can work with. You guide and support where necessary.

You also ensure proper planning and preparation of planned maintenance stops and unplanned maintenance. You order materials on time, analyse and name possible bottlenecks and advise the sector leader, solicited and unsolicited, on possible adjustments and improvements to the machine or in the planning.

You assess necessary maintenance to mechanical parts and components and estimate the nature, necessities and priority of the work to be carried out. Naturally, you then prepare the preventive and corrective work so that it can be carried out efficiently and quickly. Of course, it is also important that tools and attachments are in a good state of repair.

Your profile

You don't like working on autopilot. You want variety in your work and workplace. You like the most diverse questions about mechanical parts and components, and the hectic situation that arises when the production process comes to a standstill due to a malfunction. Furthermore, you fit the following profile:

• You have a mbo 4 diploma, direction mechanical engineering;
• Experience with and knowledge of the fields of drive technology, bearing technology, pump technology, lubrication technology, hydraulics and troubleshooting are not to be missed;
• You have experience of functional leadership within an industrial organisation;
• You have knowledge of SAP and common office programmes;
• You want to work 40 hours a week, including periodic consignment shifts.
