Your contributions

In this position, you will be responsible for entering, releasing and monitoring the delivery time of various orders. In addition, the following tasks also fall within your remit:

• For term orders (here, one or more parts are not available from stock) and monitoring the delivery time, you will have frequent contact with the purchasing, stock management, parts production, development, assembly and our shipping department;
• You check that you receive timely feedback from the aforementioned departments;
• You give specific (shipping) instructions regarding the orders;
• You are aware of the importance of this role and are willing to make every effort to get the relevant parts available as soon as possible.

Your profile

For this position, you will preferably have completed a technical education at MBO level and beyond:

• You have several years of logistics and administrative work experience, preferably within a technical (projects) organisation;
• Are you familiar with the Office package, knowledge of SAP is a plus;
• Command of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing. German language is an advantage;
• Are you customer-friendly, service-oriented, flexible and stress-resistant;
• Are you available full-time and do not have a 9-17 attitude.

Its portfolio of intelligent and sustainable technologies includes stand-alone machines as well as complete systems and services. Application areas in the pharmaceutical industry include production, processing, filling, inspection and packaging of liquid and solid medicines (such as syringes and capsules). In the food industry, the portfolio includes process technology for confectionery as well as packaging solutions for dry foods (e.g. bars, bakery products and coffee), frozen foods and dairy products.

This workplace is located in Weert and easily accessible from Roermond, Echt, Eindhoven and Helmond.
