Your contributions

As an operator, you and your team are responsible for the production process. On the instructions of your foreman, you carry out work independently within the specified occupational health and safety and environmental standards.

Key tasks include:

• You control production processes according to production planning and recipes;
• You monitor process progress and intervene in case of deviations;
• You will take samples and perform quality checks;
• You actively contribute to improvement proposals;
• You are responsible for cleaning production machines and/or tools
• You ensure correct and timely administrative processing in accordance with work instructions

The work is in 2 shifts. The morning shift works from 05.30-14.00 and the afternoon shift works from 13.30-22.00.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone who has experience within a manufacturing company (food sector preferred). In addition, we require:

• Some work experience in a similar role;
• You are a team player;
• You are flexible, resilient and willing to work with your colleagues to do what is needed and more;
• An MBO level 3 working and thinking level
• Command of the Dutch language;
