Your contributions

As administrative assistant procurement, you are responsible for all administrative tasks that occur in the procurement department. You will be working in a small team of three where you can work well independently, but also help your colleagues if needed. The following main tasks fall under your management:

  • Sending purchase orders;
  • Monitoring delivery times of purchase orders;
  • Processing order confirmations;
  • Requesting quotes from suppliers;
  • All sorts of other, light, administrative work that occurs in the department;

The position is for a minimum of 24 or 32 hours (3 full days per week, with Friday being a mandatory working day). The position may also be filled full-time.

Your profile

For this vacancy, we are looking for someone with administrative experience. Further;

  • Do you possess MBO working and thinking level;
  • Have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position (preferably in a procurement department);
  • Be fluent in the Dutch language in word and writing;
  • Are you preferably also possess knowledge of the English and German languages in word and writing;
  • Have a good knowledge of office packages and the ability to quickly master business software;
  • Are you available between 24-40 hours per week;
  • Lastly, are you someone who: Precise, customer-friendly, presentable, discreet and flexible.
