Your contributions

You will work in the heart of the company, the Inside Sales team, consisting of six colleagues who work daily to serve (international) customers and partners as well as possible. No two days are the same and you are the link between the account managers, the internal organisation and the customers and partners! You will follow up on tenders, make and follow up on quotes, write procedures and monitor the stock. Summary:

• Provide support to our field sales account managers;
• Monitor the order process and customer satisfaction;
• Prepare and send quotations and proposals to prospects and customers, including price information;
• Answering and handling queries and any complaints;
• Maintain (international) customer relations;
• Collaborate with colleagues from the sales, installation and logistics departments.

Your profile

Most importantly in this position, you must have a command of the German language, as you will be working for that region. Further:

• Proficiency in Dutch, English and German is required;
• A high degree of independence and problem-solving skills;
• Accuracy and accuracy focused on administrative processes in our CRM system;
• Timemanagement skills to ensure efficient tracking of orders in the process;
• Good customer and service-oriented attitude combined with commercial skills;
• At least a completed MBO education is a requirement.
