Your contributions

In this position, you will work in a small team with 4 colleagues. As Finance Officer, you will be one of the right hands of the Finance Manager. You will perform both independent and supportive work and be partly responsible for the monthly closing. Your responsibilities are:

• Analysing entries, recording and resolving discrepancies;
• Preparing and analysing financial reports;
• Preparation of intercompany connections;
• Prepare year-end closing and audit;
• Support Manager Finance on ad-hoc issues;
• Support the ERP implementation process;
• Conducting and controlling fixed asset administration;
• Various common financial administrative tasks.

Your profile

For this vacancy, we are looking for someone with experience within finance. In addition:

• Do you possess HBO working and thinking level;
• Do you have sound automation knowledge and are particularly strong in Excel, Qlickview, Power BI and or other BI tools;
• Do you have experience working with ERP systems;
• Are you available between 20-40 hours per week;
• Are you stress-resistant, solution-oriented and accurate;
• Have at least five years of relevant work experience preferably with a manufacturing company;
• Are you able to analyse, organise and report data as information;
• Have sound knowledge of financial reporting;
• Are you in possession of knowledge of the English and German languages in word and writing.
