Your contributions

In this versatile role, you will act as a link between our client, technicians and clients, achieving optimal results for all parties involved thanks to your negotiating skills. In addition:

• In this responsible position, you will be responsible for meeting service agreements (cost, time, scope);
• You will be the first point of contact for customers when scheduling maintenance work;
• You initiate 'lessons learned' sessions with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve the product portfolio;
• In addition, you apply all common problem-solving methods to any problems so that you provide an ideal solution for all concerned;
• Furthermore, you manage service solution projects and are responsible for maintaining project-related data in ERP and CRM systems.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills. In addition, you fit within this profile:

• You have completed basic technical education with additional training or a technical degree in mechanical engineering;
• You are well versed in international project management and have experience in maintenance and/or service management;
• Knowledge of TPM and Six Sigma is a plus;
• You have experience in customer contact and are a negotiating talent by nature;
• Your very good command of Dutch, English and German and your professional appearance help you in contact with customers. Additional languages such as French and Italian are an advantage.

Its portfolio of intelligent and sustainable technologies includes stand-alone machines as well as complete systems and services. Application areas in the pharmaceutical industry include production, processing, filling, inspection and packaging of liquid and solid medicines (such as syringes and capsules). In the food industry, the portfolio includes process technology for confectionery as well as packaging solutions for dry foods (e.g. bars, bakery products and coffee), frozen foods and dairy products.
