Your offer

What is very unique is that you get paid for all working hours. From the moment you board the bus in Weert, your clock starts running, just like the return trip, you get paid in full at 100% salary andw is not considered travel time. Further:

• Good working conditions in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for the Woodworking Industry;
• A good salary of €2500.00 - €3200.00 gross per month, which depends on education and experience;
• Lots of days off, 40 days off on an annual basis;
• Full-time working week Monday to Friday, weekends always free;
• If suitable, a permanent position;
• A workplace in an organisation with a fantastic atmosphere, very short lines and lots of company parties at summer, Christmas etc.

Your contributions

It is a challenging job where attention to detail is of great importance. A staircase renovation or cladding is bespoke and requires precision and craftsmanship.
Every day you leave from the Weert location with the work bus and your regular colleague to set off for the most unusual projects. A large project at a holiday park, a staircase at a private home or a hotel with new stair covering? It's all possible. The projects are also spread throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Sometimes you work on a project around the corner and start there at 7.30 a.m. and other times you start the working day on the other side of the country. You always work in pairs, your colleague drives there and you drive back.

As a staircase renovation technician, you and your colleague will leave Weert daily for the customer and:

• Tackle the existing staircase accurately;
• Can you work well together and have an understanding of the work;
• Deliver an atmospheric staircase every day.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone with experience in the technical field (preferably carpentry), but you are welcome to apply without experience too! Further;

• A good MBO working and thinking level;
• Two right hands and want to continue to develop in this area;
• A high degree of independence;
• Representative and sociable, you will be working in customers' homes;
• You have a driving licence B;
• Excellent verbal and written knowledge of the Dutch language.
