Your contributions

As an Administrative Assistant, you will work for the Maintenance & Energy department. You will process administrative data supplied from the maintenance departments. Furthermore, these are your tasks:

  • You will ensure correct processing of maintenance data and ensure timely delivery of lists and reports;
  • You check planned maintenance hours and identify discrepancies between the actual hours worked and the planned hours of hired workers;
  • You will coordinate differences with the manager, contact suppliers where necessary and thus ensure correct time recording and invoicing;
  • You monitor order deadlines and identify and report deviations;
  • You work meticulously and love to sort things out and make them correct. You prefer a combination of administrative work and personal and telephone contact with others;
  • You love the widest range of questions about planned and actual hours worked and the corresponding invoices and statements;
  • You find the hectic nature that surrounds a maintenance shutdown a real challenge, and you go home satisfied when you have completed the processing of the corresponding administrative data again;
  • Together with the Business Support team, you set daily priorities and each has the responsibility that business gets done.

Your profile

To fill this position well, you should have:

  •  You have achieved at least MBO-4 working and thinking level through education and/or work experience. In addition, you have experience with administrative work;
  • Preferably, you have experience with and knowledge of various systems such as SAP, Microsoft Teams and Office;
  • You preferably speak and write German and English in addition to Dutch;
  • You want to work 16-20 hours a week;
  • You are sociable, service-oriented and collegial, as well as accurate and work with an eye for detail.
