Your contributions

As a ministry manager, you are the driving force behind the hospitality team. You are jointly responsible for the enjoyment of the guests. Furthermore, the following tasks fall within your remit:

• Leading the waitstaff and making sure everything runs smoothly;
• Planning, arranging and adjusting employees in the ministry;
• Preparing work schedules and ensuring proper staffing;
• Hiring, supervising and assessing employees;
• Assisting in service;
• Monitoring and complying with safety and hygiene regulations;
• Making improvement suggestions for efficient and hospitable service.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• You have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role;
• Hospitality is in your blood, you provide the most appropriate service and make guests happy with your smile and enthusiasm;
• You know how to motivate and inspire your colleagues;
• You are available 32 - 38 hours per week;
• You are willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays;
• You possess good communication and organisational skills;
• You are stress-resistant and have an eye for detail.
