Your contributions

As a Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for both existing and new customers. You advise, inspire and inform them with the aim of retaining customers, attracting new customers and relieving them of all their worries. In doing so, you ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the following tasks fall within your remit:

• During every customer contact, selling the products and services to companies is central. In this way, you contribute directly to achieving turnover;
• You will also perform various administrative tasks, such as processing orders, checking and updating customer data, preparing quotations and monitoring any invoice arrears;
• You are responsible for excellent (after)sales and handle complaints carefully, so that customers are satisfied and stay satisfied;
• You will also actively follow the latest trends and developments within the market.

Your profile

With your commercial drive and positive attitude, you will add real value to the team. We are looking for someone for our client who recognises themselves in the following characteristics:

• MBO+ working and thinking level;
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English;
• Do you also speak French? If so, that would be a nice plus;
• You are available 32 to 40 hours a week;
• Strong customer focus with a sincere and friendly attitude;
• Commercially minded and results-oriented.
