Your contributions

As a Technical Draughtsman/Modeler at our client, you are the creative force that turns technical concepts into reality. You are responsible for designing and modelling mechanical ventilation systems, where your expertise in 2D and 3D makes all the difference. You will also work on the following tasks, among others:

• Using AutoCAD and Revit, you will create accurate construction and detail drawings that serve as blueprints for the realisation of the projects;
• You work closely with customers, subcontractors and colleagues, where your communication skills and solution-oriented attitude ensure optimal results;
• You will check and perfect drawings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes;
• Together with an experienced team, you deliver customised solutions, where your input is directly visible in the projects you realise.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone with relevant work experience and insight as a technical draftsman in construction, preferably in installation engineering. Furthermore, you fit within the following profile:

• Minimum possession of an MBO level 4 diploma in installation engineering (or equivalent training/certificates);
• Knowledge of working in BIM, Revit and/or AutoCAD;
• Available for 32-40 hours per week;
• Solution-oriented thinking and a keen eye for technical details;
• Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude and good command of the Dutch language.

Your workplace

Our client is the specialist in mechanical ventilation. They work on diverse housing projects throughout the Netherlands: large, complex new-build and transformation projects as well as medium-sized projects and conceptual housing construction. Our client is involved from engineering to the delivery and installation of the mechanical ventilation.

The organisation is based in Ittervoort and easily accessible from Roermond, Weert, Echt and Heythuysen.
