Your contributions

You are the heart of production. Together with your colleagues, you make sure everything runs smoothly.
Your day starts with a handover from the previous team - you discuss the schedule, details and what will be produced. After that:

• Keep a close eye on the production process and carry out quality checks;
• Resolve minor malfunctions and contribute to improvements;
• Make sure all machines are running properly and there is enough stock;
• Work closely with your colleagues for a smooth process.

As an Operator at this employer in Brunssum, you may be assigned to 2 departments of the factory. One side of the factory involves the baking department and the other side of the factory involves the packing department.
Working hours are from 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00. You will usually work 2 shifts, with a night shift once every 5-6 weeks. 

Your profile

The most important thing you bring is: 

• You have experience as an operator - you know how things work on the shop floor;
• You have a stable work history and are looking for a long-term job; 
• You are willing to work 2 or 3 shifts and like that rhythm;

It would also be nice if you were fluent in Dutch, with English as a second language. You have no problem with physical work and always like to think along with solutions, a day in this factory always turns out differently than planned! You get a kick out of taking up a challenge every day and ensuring a high production output! 
Because you will be working in the food industry, hygiene is of paramount importance. That means: no long (artificial) nails, visible jewellery, piercings, make-up or fake eyelashes while working.
