Your contributions

As an Administrative Assistant within the Business Support department, you will ensure that the administrative processes around maintenance run smoothly, correctly and on time. You can think about the following tasks:

  • Processing administrative data provided by maintenance departments;
  • Ensure correct processing of maintenance data and preparation of cost and toolbox statements;
  • Monitoring maintenance hours and identifying discrepancies between hours worked and pro-forma invoices;
  • Coordinate differences with managers and liaise with suppliers;
  • Monitor order deadlines and identify and report discrepancies.

Your profile

To perform this role well, you recognise yourself in the following profile:

  • You have MBO 4 working and thinking level, obtained through education and/or relevant work experience;
  • You have experience in administrative work and work accurately;
  • You are preferably familiar with systems such as SAP and with Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams;
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch, both orally and in writing; knowledge of German and/or English is a plus;
  • You are available for 20-24 hours a week with Wednesday and Friday being compulsory days to work.
