Your contributions

As Finance Relationship Manager, you will be the lynchpin between our client and their customers. You coordinate closely how administrations are booked and communicate clearly about demand items. You also keep an eye on whether administrations are updated on time.

You will also contribute to the continuous service improvement of our client and solve problems where necessary. You draft clear instructions for booking specific client accounts and also work closely with the team in the Philippines. Together with them, you will ensure satisfied customers!

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• You have knowledge of administrative processes and accounting systems and a college or university level of thinking;
• You have experience in processing administrations;
• You can communicate clearly, both in writing and orally;
• You are proactive and results-oriented: you take initiative, are solution-oriented and have a hands-on mentality;
• You are reliable and accurate in your work. You understand how important precision is in accounting and ensure that everything is right down to the last detail;
• You have a customer-oriented attitude and know how to build and maintain relationships.
