Your contributions

With your expertise, you will ensure that our client remains robust and agile in a rapidly changing market. You will also be working on:

• Monitoring the financial position and results;
• Preparing and developing financial reports and business analyses for the management;
• Collecting data for comprehensive financial reports;
• Being responsible for the financial process of the location in Weert and several foreign branches;
• Contributing to the continuous optimisation of financial processes;
• Preparing investment and acquisition issues;
• Dealing with other recurring (ad hoc) issues in the financial field;
• Supervising and managing employees in the finance department.

Your profile

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who recognises himself in the following profile;

• Bachelor+/wo working and thinking level in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics;
• At least 5 years of experience in business control or financial management within manufacturing companies, with broad knowledge of financial administration;
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills, combined with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach;
• Experience in managing financial teams and delegating tasks;
• Able to set priorities and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment;
• Balanced personality with a positive mindset and strong communication skills;
• Proactive in preparing financial analyses that provide strategic insights;
• Very good command of Dutch and English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
