Your contributions

Als Operator ben je samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor het productieproces. Je voert, in opdracht van je ploegbaas, zelfstandig werkzaamheden uit binnen de gestelde normen ARBO, veiligheid en milieu. De belangrijkste taken omvatten:

• You control production processes according to production planning and recipes;
• You monitor process progress and intervene in case of deviations;
• You will take samples and perform quality checks;
• You actively contribute to improvement proposals;
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor schoonmaakwerkzaamheden van productiemachines en/of hulpmiddelen;
• Je draagt zorg voor een correcte en tijdige administratieve afhandeling conform werkinstructies.

The work is in 2 shifts. The morning shift works from 05.30-14.00 and the afternoon shift works from 13.30-22.00.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone who has experience within a manufacturing company (food sector preferred). In addition, we require:

• Some work experience in a similar role;
• You are a team player;
• A full-time availability;
• You are flexible, resilient and willing to work with your colleagues to do what is needed and more;
• Een MBO niveau 3 werk- en denkniveau;
• Command of the Dutch language.
