Your reward

This is a position based in Weert for 20 hours a week (Mondays and Thursdays are regular working days and Wednesday mornings). Further: 

  • A salary between €2850.00 and €3100.00 gross per month based on full-time employment;
  • Remuneration according to the Collective Labour Agreement for the Woodworking Industry;
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre;

Your contributions

As an All-round Administrative Assistant, you and your colleagues will form an important link between different departments within the organisation. You ensure that everything runs smoothly administratively and are the first point of contact for visitors and telephone contact.
Your duties will include:

  • Answering the phone and working with the switchboard;
  • Welcoming and speaking to visitors;
  • Checking orders and sending order confirmations;
  • Administrative handling of outgoing transport;
  • Taking care of invoicing;
  • Checking and processing time records of temporary workers;
  • Support administrative work for various departments;
  • Taking care of outgoing mail.

Your profile

You are available for 20 hours a week on Mondays and Thursdays all day and Wednesday mornings. Further:

  • Have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position;
  • Work in a precise and structured manner;
  • Are you customer-oriented and presentable;
  • Have experience in telephone etiquette and operating a switchboard;
  • Are you in possession of good knowledge of MS Office and quickly master new systems;
  • Are you discreet, flexible and a real team player;
  • Do you have a good oral and written command of the Dutch language;
  • Preferably, you also have a good command of German and English.
