Your contributions

In this role, you are the IT point of contact within the organisation and ensure that colleagues are helped quickly and effectively with all their ICT questions. You keep the systems running and actively think about improvements.

• You will support colleagues with ICT questions and breakdowns (via phone, Teams, e-mail or on site);
• You record, monitor and resolve reports carefully and proactively;
• You identify recurring issues and translate them into structural improvements;
• You record solutions and details in documentation and manuals;
• You will install systems, set up workstations and (occasionally) also support foreign branches;
• You manage user accounts and authorisations within the IT environment;
• You will contribute to IT projects within the organisation;
• You explain and train (new) employees on how to use systems.

Your profile

You are a service-oriented IT professional with a solid technical basis and a solution-oriented mindset. With your knowledge and communication skills, you really make a difference for colleagues.

• You have at least an MBO-4 degree, preferably in IT management or a similar field;
• You have up-to-date knowledge of Active Directory, Windows, Microsoft 365, MS Office, iOS, Android and Veeam (experience with Teams and SharePoint is a plus);
• You have broad ICT knowledge, technical insight and a practical, hands-on attitude;
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English, both orally and in writing;
• You remain calm under pressure, think in solutions and act quickly and carefully;
• You are customer-oriented, proactive and enjoy working together;
• You communicate clearly, show empathy and have a positive, patient attitude.
