Your reward

For this position, we would like to offer you the following:

  • An attractive gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,400 based on full-time employment, depending on knowledge and experience; 
  • A temporary assignment of 3 months, with possibility of extension to up to 6 months;
  • A working week of 32 to 40 hours, tailored to your preference;
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre (up to 40 km one way);
  • Hybrid working: up to 40% from home once you are fully settled in;
  • Accrual of holidays, holiday pay and pension; 
  • An attractive profit-sharing scheme as well as a solid pension scheme.

Your contributions

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers and ensure that their reports are followed up properly. Your duties include:

  • You manage the mailbox: you sort, label and provide the initial response so that customers immediately know that their report is being processed;
  • You ensure that customer requests reach the right department and actively monitor progress, with reminders where necessary;
  • You keep customers informed of status, waiting times and follow-up steps - usually by email, sometimes by phone;
  • For urgent reports, you immediately escalate to the appropriate colleague;
  • You will identify recurring questions or bottlenecks and feedback these to the Service Coordinator;
  • You will process and archive reports and related customer communications;
  • You keep overviews and progress records up to date;
  • You will support the preparation of reports and the preparation of invoicing;
  • You collect and organise customer and contract information. You identify missing data and pass it on to the Service Coordinators.

This is a temporary position of 3 months, which may be extended to 6 months.
