Your contributions

As Operator, you are an indispensable link in the production process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that everything runs smoothly, efficiently and on schedule. You start your shift with a handover from the previous team, in which you discuss planning, details and production. You then get to work on:

• Monitoring the production process and performing quality checks;
• Troubleshooting minor malfunctions and thinking about improvements;
• Ensuring machines are running properly and sufficient stock;
• Working closely with your colleagues to ensure the process runs optimally.

As Operator, you will be deployed in the bakery department, where you play an important role in the production process of the products. Here, together with your colleagues, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly and quality is guaranteed. The working hours in 3 shifts are from 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00. For now you will work in 2 shifts, with a night shift once every 5-6 weeks in a few months you will move permanently to 3 shifts.

Your profile

Most importantly, you know what it's like in a production environment and like to roll up your sleeves. In addition, you will bring the following with you:

• You have experience as an operator, preferably in the food sector;
• You have a stable work history and are looking for a long-term job;
• You are willing to work in 2 or 3 shifts and enjoy this;
• Good command of the Dutch language (English is an advantage);
• Have no problem with physical work; 
• Eager to think along in solutions and quick to act.

No day is the same in this factory, you will be energised by variety, challenges and achieving a high production output. As you work in the food industry, strict hygiene regulations apply. This means you will work without (artificial) nails, jewellery, piercings, make-up or fake eyelashes.
