Your contributions
In this position, you will work on coordinating and managing the administrative and accounting team. You will be responsible for planning, deadline monitoring and quality of monthly, quarterly and annual closures. And furthermore, the following tasks fall within your remit:
- Monitor financial hygiene, proper segregation of duties (prepare/review) and process discipline;
- Ensure reliable and timely financial administration of all entities (NL/BE) with executive responsibility for general ledger, memorandum and closures;
- Preparation and review of financial reports and analysis;
- Process owner of financial workflows and ERP (Dynamics 365);
- Identify and implement structural improvements in processes and systems;
- Preparing and supervising audits and tax audits;
- Handling and coordinating VAT ICP and Intrastat declarations for various entities;
- Act as first point of contact for auditors and external advisors on operational-financial matters.
Your profile
For this Finance Manager position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:
- At least a completed HBO degree in finance or economics;
- Several years of relevant work experience in a similar finance role;
- Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus;
- Knowledge of Dutch (tax) laws and regulations; knowledge of Belgian regulations is an advantage;
- Analytically strong, process-oriented and quality-oriented;
- Able to provide structure in a complex and changing environment.
