For our production site in Weert, we are looking for a Technical Production Employee (32-40 hours/week).

For this position, we would like to offer you the following:

• A good salary between €15.50 - €17.50 gross per hour, depending on what you can already do;
• Travel allowance;
• A long-term job with the prospect of a permanent contract;
• Working hours during the day from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.;
• Self-determined if you want to work full-time or 32 hours a week;
• A good familiarisation process, so you really don't have to be able to do everything yet;

Your contributions

You will ensure that our machines keep running smoothly and help produce our products. You will do this together with your colleagues in a friendly and down-to-earth working environment. Your duties include:

• You will read work orders and technical drawings (if this is new to you, we will explain it to you calmly);
• You will set up machines and monitor the production process;
• You replenish materials and check that everything is running smoothly;
• You perform simple quality checks;
• You keep your workplace clean and safe.

No two days are the same: you work with different products and operate various machines. This keeps the work varied.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a candidate who is solution-oriented and possesses good perseverance. Furthermore, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• Education or experience in a technical position is an advantage but certainly not a must;
• Understanding and experience in engineering is key;
• Communicatively strong, accurate and flexible;
• Strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of independence;
• Good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
