Your reward

You will be joining one of the most sustainable companies in the Netherlands, where sustainability is key and you can make a real impact within your role. For this position, the client is happy to offer you the following: 

• A salary between €3000.00 and €3300.00 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience, supplemented by a bonus scheme;
• Travel allowance of €0.25 net per kilometre from 10 km (or full reimbursement if you come to work by bike); 
• 26 holidays with the possibility of accruing additional ADV days; 
• A good pension scheme, with 2/3 paid by the employer;

Your contributions

As a commercial office assistant, you are the contact person for customers and play an important role in the further growth of the organisation. You combine commercial insight with strong service and know how to make customers enthusiastic about sustainable packaging solutions. Your main tasks consist of: 

• Advising and selling, you will help customers choose the right sustainable packaging solutions and know how to make good use of commercial opportunities;
• Spotting opportunities, you think along, ask questions and know how to translate customer needs into concrete solutions and additional sales;
• Cold acquisition, you proactively contact (potential) customers, actively building your own customer portfolio;
• Contributing to targets, you work in a goal-oriented manner and actively contribute to achieving and exceeding commercial objectives;
• Processing quotations and orders, you will prepare quotations, process orders and ensure that customer details and appointments are correctly recorded;
• Providing customer service, you answer questions, resolve complaints professionally and ensure satisfied customers who are happy to return.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• You have MBO+ working and thinking level;
• You have at least 3 years' work experience in a similar position;
• You listen, think and translate needs into smart, sustainable solutions;
• You can focus on what really adds value: customer conversations, advice and growth;
• You work accurately and feel at home in a dynamic environment where no day is the same;
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages;
• You are available full-time.

Your workplace

Our client specialises in sustainable and innovative product and material solutions, including associated logistics services. They support clients in optimising and making their material and distribution processes more sustainable.
The work is carried out with a strong focus on sustainability, efficiency and supply chain optimisation, with both product and logistics factored into the solutions.

Our client is based in Weert and is therefore easily accessible from Eindhoven, Helmond, Roermond and Echt.
