Your contributions

As a production worker, you’ll ensure that the production process runs smoothly, safely and efficiently. Overall: 

• You will be responsible for carrying out a range of machine-based and non-machine-based tasks and will contribute to the quality of our products; 
• You set up machines, monitor the production process and take action when you spot any deviations; 
• You ensure a tidy and safe working environment by correctly bringing in and removing materials, recording production data and carrying out cleaning tasks; 
• You work meticulously in accordance with the applicable quality, safety and environmental regulations and actively contribute ideas for improvements to the process; 
• You will work alongside colleagues in the production department and report any issues, discrepancies or areas for improvement to your line manager; 
• Every day, you help to ensure an efficient production process and a high-quality end product.

Your profile

The working language at the company is Dutch, so it is important that you can speak at least some Dutch. Furthermore: 

• You have an interest in production processes and enjoy hands-on work;
• You are available to work full-time on a rotating shift rota; 
• You are independent, but also enjoy working alongside colleagues as part of a team;
• You are alert to any anomalies and actively contribute ideas for possible improvements;
• A forklift certificate is a plus.

Your workplace

Our client is an informal yet professional organisation where quality, safety and sustainability are key priorities. You will work closely with senior management and colleagues across various departments. They are a manufacturing company with a long history of processing and working with a variety of materials. They utilise modern production facilities and in-house quality control, including their own laboratory for monitoring quality and specifications.
