• A market-compliant salary of €15.58 gross per hour according to the Collective Labour Agreement for Professional Goods Transport; 
• After 40 hours a week overtime pay of 130%; 
• Travel allowance for commuting distance; 
• Opportunity to progress within the company as a C and CE driver (if this is your desire); 
• An independent position with a lot of freedom;
• Pleasant working hours (you start loading the bus at 07:00 and end of working day is between 16:00-17:00 approximately);

Your contributions

You will be responsible for your own route and make sure everything runs smoothly. This is what you will do:

• You load your own van with parcels (up to 30 kg);
• You drive a fixed route in the region;
• You will deliver about 50 to 60 shipments to customers every day;
• You have a lot of customer contact and are the organisation's calling card;
• You are in and out of the bus a lot to make deliveries;
• You ensure that all shipments are delivered neatly and on time.

Your profile

Most importantly, you must be physically fit as you will start the day by loading parcels yourself. Furthermore, you are:

• In possession of driving licence B;
• Do you have experience driving a bus; 
• You live in the region of Weert (maximum 20 km.); 
• You have a flexible working attitude and want to work a lot of hours;
• You are presentable, customer-friendly and service-oriented;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing; 
• You work carefully and have a great sense of responsibility.

Our client is a logistics service provider with a strong network across the Netherlands and Belgium. Every day, they handle the processing, transport and dispatch of large numbers of consignments for a wide range of business clients.
Reliability, efficiency and customer focus are key, with the organisation playing a vital role in its clients’ day-to-day logistics processes.

The client is based in Weert. You will set off from this location every day.
