Your contributions

Are you looking for an all-round position within logistics? We are looking for a Logistics Assistant where you will be an important link between the inbound and outbound flow of goods. Are you willing to roll up your sleeves? If so, the following tasks might appeal to you:

• Running pick and pack orders and scanning them;
• Preparing packages, pallets and goods for shipment including administrative processing;
• Checking freight, signing freight slips, assigning freight to warehouse locations including administrative processing;
• Stock management of our main items in our CRM system;
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of required documentation during transport;
• Moving goods between the various warehouses using the forklift truck.

Within our Logistics department, you will be working alongside seven enthusiastic colleagues, all of whom are responsible for the logistics process. In this department, we work from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. As the company is a growing organisation, there are future opportunities for personal development.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• Sufficient administrative (PC) skills and experience with an ERP system;
• A mbo level, in the direction of transport or logistics;
• You are in possession of a valid forklift certificate (requirement), if you have a reach truck certificate that is a plus;
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
• Preferably available 40 hours per week, 32 hours per week is negotiable.
