Your contributions
As a production worker, you’ll ensure that the production process runs smoothly, safely and efficiently. Your duties will include:
- Carrying out various machine and production tasks and contributing to product quality;
- Setting up and checking machines, and identifying and resolving anomalies;
- The correct receipt and dispatch of materials, recording of production data and carrying out cleaning tasks;
- Working in accordance with quality, safety and environmental guidelines and actively contributing ideas for process improvements;
- Working alongside colleagues in the production department and reporting any issues to the line manager;
In this way, you contribute every day to an efficient production process and a high-quality end product.
Your profile
For this role, we are looking for a candidate who:
- A basic command of Dutch, as this is the working language within the company;
- Has an affinity for production processes and enjoys hands-on work;
- Available full-time for a three-shift rota;
- Is able to work independently, but also enjoys working alongside colleagues as part of a team;
- Is alert to anomalies and actively contributes ideas for possible improvements;
- Preferably holds a forklift licence.
Your workplace
Our client is an informal yet professional organisation where quality, safety and sustainability are key priorities. You will work closely with senior management and colleagues across various departments. They are a manufacturing company with a long history of processing and working with a variety of materials. They utilise modern production facilities and in-house quality control, including their own laboratory for monitoring quality and specifications.
Our client is based in Maasbracht and is therefore easily accessible from places such as Roermond, Echt, Weert and Sittard.
