Your contributions

You are the heart of production. Together with your colleagues, you make sure everything runs smoothly. Your day starts with a handover from the previous team, you discuss planning, details and what is being produced. After that:

• Keep a close eye on the production process and carry out quality checks;
• Resolve minor malfunctions and contribute to improvements;
• Make sure all machines are running properly and there is enough stock;
• Work closely with your colleagues for a smooth process.

As Operator, you will work within a modern production environment in Brunssum. Depending on your commitment and planning, you can be assigned to one of two departments within the factory: the bakery department, where the production process of the products is central, or the packaging department, where you ensure an efficient and high-quality packaging process. You will work in a 3-shift system with the following working hours: 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 or 22:00 - 06:00. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that the products meet the set quality standards.

Your profile

The most important thing you bring is: 

• You have experience as an operator or experience in a production environment and would like to develop yourself towards operator;
• You have a stable work history and are looking for a long-term job;
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift schedule and like this rhythm (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00);
• You have a good command of the Dutch language; English is a nice extra;
• You have no problem with physical work and enjoy rolling up your sleeves;
• You think in solutions and like a dynamic working environment where no day is the same;
• You get energy from achieving high production output.

Because you will be working in the food industry, hygiene is of paramount importance. That means: no long (artificial) nails, visible jewellery, piercings, make-up or fake eyelashes while working.
