We are looking for a Financial Administration Assistant for an organisation that works every day to ensure a safe and healthy region. In this temporary role, you’ll work alongside your colleagues to ensure reliable financial administration and help ensure that various financial processes run smoothly.
Your reward
For this temporary role, you can expect:
- A temporary assignment from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027 inclusive;
- A working week of 32 to 36 hours;
- A gross monthly salary of between €2,875.00 and €4,065.00, based on a 36-hour working week;
- A varied role within a dedicated and professional team.
Your contributions
As a Financial Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that the financial records are accurate, complete and up to date. You will work with precision, maintain a clear overview and actively contribute ideas on how to improve processes and systems. Your duties will include:
- Preparing, processing and checking sales invoices;
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable;
- Recording and processing incoming invoices;
- Processing and checking the bank book;
- Managing master data and suspense accounts;
- Responding to enquiries from internal and external parties regarding accounts receivable and accounts payable;
- Providing support with financial reporting and period-end and year-end closings;
- Preparing the VAT return;
- Carrying out various administrative tasks, including contract management;
- Identifying areas for improvement and contributing ideas on how to make financial processes more efficient.
Your profile
You are an independent and meticulous financial administration professional who takes responsibility for your work. You enjoy keeping records well organised, work in a structured manner and know how to set priorities. You also enjoy working with colleagues and actively contribute ideas on how processes can be further improved. In addition, you possess:
- A minimum of MBO-4 level of working and thinking, preferably in an administrative or financial field;
- Experience in financial administration, including accounts receivable and accounts payable management;
- Knowledge of financial administrative processes and systems;
- Good digital skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Teams;
- Experience with ERP systems;
- Experience with Unit4 ERP7 and/or AFAS is an advantage;
- An independent, flexible and meticulous approach to work;
- Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with various colleagues and departments.
