Your contributions
In addition to general administrative duties within the Business Office department, you will work on the following tasks:
- Procurement of aluminium, steel, insulation materials, pallets and decking;
- Stock management and following up on order recommendations;
- Controlling deliveries and shipments;
- Processing and checking orders, packing slips and invoices;
- Schedule and monitor machine maintenance;
- Handle registration and administration;
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and employment agencies;
- Keeping overviews up-to-date for consumables.
Your profile
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant within a manufacturing environment is a plus;
- You are eager to learn and know how to get things done;
- You have a structured and precise working style;
- You have good communication skills;
- You have an affinity with administration and logistics processes.
Your workplace
Our client is a one-stop-shop in sandwich panels, sheet metal, door panels and structural bonding. Characteristically, they combine the properties of products in such a way that a suitable solution is always offered that meets both the customer's wishes and the requirements of laws and regulations.
The Weert location is easily accessible from Nederweert, Helmond, Roermond and Deurne.
