- A salary between €2800.00 and €3200.00 gross per month on a full-time basis;

Your contributions
As Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for checking and managing the current account records between insurers and our client. You will ensure that all financial transactions are processed correctly and inform policy administration of entries that have not yet been processed or have been processed incorrectly. Your duties include:
- Checking and processing current account balances;
- Checking, processing and sending monthly prolongations;
- Booking and/or clearing invoices.
Your profile
You are accurate, administratively strong and have an affinity with figures and financial processes. In addition, you have good communication skills and are stress-resistant. Furthermore, you can identify yourself with the following characteristics:
- You are available part-time between 20 and 24 hours a week; working days and times to be agreed;
- You possess MBO working and thinking level;
- You have experience with Excel;
- You have an affinity for financial services;
- Experience in insurance administration is a plus;
- Good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing;
- You work meticulously and keep an overview, even in busy periods.

Our client is based in Weert and therefore easily accessible from Valkenswaard, Maarheeze, Roermond and Echt.
