Your tasks

In this vacancy, the main focus is primarily on time and trip administration and other administrative tasks. Some of the tasks include:

  • Checking, correcting and timely processing of data from our trip records and time sheets;
  • Processing staff and salary changes in AFAS and Nmbrs. and output;
  • Subscribing and unsubscribing to Pensions and various insurances;
  • Processing the administration around inflow, throughput, and outflow, such as drafting contracts, all correspondence, filing;
  • Processing sick and recovery reports and following up the process in accordance with the Gatekeeper Act.

Your profile

Are you an administrative jack-of-all-trades who likes to dot the "i's"? Does your heart beat faster when you can help improve the processes within the HR and payroll department? We are looking for someone with the following profile:

  • You have a focused MBO/HBO education (an HRM degree is the advantage);
  • If you already have several years of experience as an HR officer and knowledge of payroll, that is definitely a plus;
  • You work accurately, are proactive, keep an eye on deadline and can prioritise;
  • You are available for 32-40 hours per week;
  • You have good interpersonal skills.

Your workplace

The HR department works for 2 clients under the same company. The client is a logistics service provider. From our centrally located offices in North and Central Limburg, we provide logistics and transport solutions for both regional and European clients, with Italy as our main focus. The other client ensures the collection and delivery of fine-meshed distribution shipments, both parcel and palletised. It processes 5,000 shipments daily.

The workplace in Weert is easily accessible from: Eindhoven, Helmond, Roermond and Sittard.
