Your contributions
As an Order Processing Officer, you will be responsible for sending orders to contract suppliers based on a pre-established schedule. You maintain contact with suppliers and call them when necessary to ask questions or coordinate the scheduling of orders.
Your profile
For this position, we are looking for an Administrative Officer Order Processing with the following profile:
- You are computer literate and can work well with systems;
- You are available 16 hours a week, on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8am-4.30pm;
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and SAP is a plus;
- You work accurately and according to schedule;
- You are proactive and communicatively strong.
