For this position, we would like to offer you the following:

• A salary between €2800.00 and €3200.00 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience;
• Travel allowance of €0.19 per km, after the first 10 km;

Your contributions

For this position, you will work with the following tasks:

• Preparing purchase invoices;
• Proper and timely administrative processing of purchase invoices and claims;
• Sales administration: CMR, freight cost chargeback, sales invoicing;
• Processing bank mutations;
• Archive work;
• Telephone and counter duties;
• Other administrative work.

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone with the following profile:

• You are smooth, clear and articulate in your communication;
• You are temporarily available for 20-32 hours per week, for about 3 months (a longer period may be negotiable);
• You are professional and friendly to colleagues, customers and suppliers;
• You bring a good dose of humour with you;
• You can move quickly and work efficiently.

Our client develops, manufactures and supplies climate computers, measuring and control equipment, weighing systems and monitoring equipment, including the associated management software. From modern business premises in Nederweert, the products find their way to our dealers in the agricultural sector all over the world.

Our client is located in Nederweert and is easily accessible from Weert, Roermond, Venlo and Eindhoven.
