Your contributions

The high-tech packaging machines and lines are bought by customers worldwide; from Europe to Africa and from Asia to South America. In Weert, our client makes and tests the vertical forming, filling and sealing machines and sends them on transport to the customer's production site.

The All-round Mechanics perform both mechanical and electrical work. Specialism can be both mechanical and electrical. As an All-round Mechanic, your duties include the following:

• Assembling packaging machines and installing and connecting peripheral equipment according to schedule, drawing and guidelines;
• Electrical and/or mechanical adjustment, checking and testing of machinery and peripheral equipment;
• Locating and rectifying faults at customers' premises as necessary and assisting in the commissioning of machines (with a maximum of 10% of working time);
• You will work daily with your colleagues in a modern assembly environment;
• You are technically responsible for your own work and contribute to the best solutions.

Your profile

For this position, it would be nice if you have experience as a mechanic within mechanical engineering. In addition:

• A completed technical MBO level 4 education or similar knowledge and experience;
• Being able to read drawings and electrical diagrams;
• You can work independently, function well in a team and have a hands-on approach;
• You are accurate, enterprising, flexible, communicative, and a fun colleague;
• You are available full-time and like to plan your own working hours;
• A reasonable level of expression in the English language.
