 We offer you a challenging day-shift position with an employer of international stature. This is a 6-month appointment, with a chance of extension on the basis of good performance. Although extension is not 100% guaranteed in advance, there are certainly opportunities in the event of mutual satisfaction. In addition, you can count on:

Your contributions

We are looking for a new employee to work in the sheet metal workshop (day shift). You are versatile and willing to take on the following tasks, among others:
Inside the sheet metal shop:

• Finishing and finishing of sheet metal parts (mechanical and manual);
• TIG welding of stainless steel thin sheet metal up to 5 mm;
• Finishing of welded parts (finishing);
• Independent programming of the CNC press brake for products to be made;
• Fabrication and TIG welding of varied and complicated workpieces;
• Aligning workpieces with a high degree of complexity and accuracy.

In addition, you are willing to be deployed in other departments where extra capacity is needed, such as:

• Banking;
• Sawmill;
• Shoulder department (finishing and assembling shoulders and form sets).

Your profile

For this position, you have at least a completed level 4 technical MBO education or similar knowledge and experience. In addition, you have:

• Knowledge of and experience with various conventional and CNC sheet metal working machines;
• Demonstrated TIG welding experience in stainless steel thin sheet metal up to approximately 5 mm;
• You can read complicated technical drawings;
• You are versatile and willing to take on other work within production;
• You can work independently, function well in a team and have a hands-on approach;
• You are accurate, enterprising, flexible and have communication skills;
• You are available full-time.
