Your contributions

As Application Administrator for our client, you will be responsible for supporting the new ERP system. You answer questions from (key) users and pick up incidents: you analyse the problem, investigate the cause and know how to solve it in the best possible way. And further:

• Offer support to (key) users in using other business applications;
• Are you improving processes;
• Provide (proactive) support on ERP system;
• Collect requirements to improve processes, methods and tools;
• You think along with improvements regarding the organisation of support, and participate in the realisation of these improvements on a project basis;
• You ensure that the security of these applications is in order;
• You take care of change proposals and their implementation in cooperation with the Manager ICT;
• Maintain contact with suppliers and service providers.

Your profile

For this vacancy, you have experience as an Application Administrator of ERP systems, experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Qlik is a plus. In addition, we require the following from you:

• You are in possession of a completed mbo education, in the direction of ICT;
• ITIL knowledge is a plus;
• You are analytically strong and have strong problem-solving skills;
• Good communication skills and command of the Dutch and English languages both verbally and in writing; if you also speak German, that would be a bonus;
• You are willing to travel occasionally to other offices, both nationally and internationally.
• You are in possession of a driving licence B.
