Your contributions

Within this vacancy, you will perform the monthly and annual closures of various companies within the group. This includes fixed asset and stock reconciliations. In addition, you will deal with:

• Preparing financial statements of various companies;
• Auditing the general ledger as well as checking entries;
• Assisting with annual and interim audits on behalf of the auditor;
• Performing VAT and CBS returns;
• Maintain (administratively) the vehicle fleet and insurance portfolio;
• Administrative processing of purchase and sales invoices, cash and bank movements, declarations and memorandum;
• Processing export documents, Letter of Credits, supplier and origin declarations;
• Ad hoc project work, e.g. for budgets and cost centres.

Your profile

Financial administration is an essential department that is mainly active behind the scenes. For this team we are looking for a colleague who is motivated and enthusiastic, has a feeling for numbers and can keep an overview but also feels comfortable in a dynamic environment where own initiative and independent action are a requirement. In addition, we are looking for the following profile:

• -You have a completed financial administrative education at mbo or hbo level;
• You are good at keeping an overview;
• You have experience with ERP software, experience with Exact Online is a plus;
• You are able to communicate fluently, clearly and articulately;
• You can move quickly and work efficiently;
• You live within a reasonable travel distance from Nederweert;
• You have humour!
